I wish to commend Charles for his heroic efforts to assist me and resolve my computer issues. I very much like the fact that there is a dedicated tech assigned to my computer who is telephone accessible. I am not a computer expert, and on many other occasions, I have had computer problems/questions and the only resolution was via the computer! If I was knowledgeable on the computer to begin with...there would be no problem. Kudos to Charles for his patience and expertise.

I had the help mostly from Nash and I can honestly say that I was astonished by the knowledge and speed with which he worked on my problems. Also he was very patient with my inexperience in many of the subjects that are part of the problems I experienced and that he expertly fixed.

Thanks for helping me with my problems on my laptops. they are working very nicely right now. The technician was wonderful and explained everything to me. Happy Holidays.

The service was thorough. I am happy to know that should any problems arise during the service contract period that all I have to do is call for support. No need to gather my computer and take it to a repair shop, leave it there, wait days for the repair and then go back and pick it up. The remote service and support is wonderful.
